Altered Altered Hot Guys Book Talk

ERASED COVER!

I have been dying to show you guys the cover of ERASED, the sequel to ALTERED. Because it's bright and beautiful, but still dark and edgy at the same time. And there is a shirtless boy on the cover. :-) Specifically Nick this time. ERASED is definitely a Nick-heavy book. We find out a bit more about his past, and how Anna factors into it. I am sealing my lips now! But let me finish by saying that I am so very excited for you all to read this book.








***SIDE NOTE: This is the ARC cover, so the design is not final yet, though I imagine at this point, any tweaks will be small. Since, HELLO THAT COVER IS GORGEOUS. 


To celebrate, and to help spread the word! I'm doing a giveaway. The winner will receive a signed hardcover copy of ALTERED, an ALTERED poster, and any (or all) of the ALTERED buttons.

    I love it!
    I love the color, It has a beautiful background, I love the numbers and letters textures on his body, I love the title, I love the posing, he's staring at something that we can't see which shows mystery!
    I LOVE IT!

    Hmm. This is fascinating. Nick looks so much younger and more vulnerable on this cover than how I have always imagined him, but I feel like that's intentional--like we are going to be seeing sides of Nick he doesn't want us to see?

    I'm excited how it matches the first! I'm already imagining how the orange will look against the neon yellow.

    This is going to look very, very, very, VERY nice next to Altered on my shelf.

    I wish the release date for Erased was yesterday. IT'S INHUMAN AND CRUEL TO WAIT SO LONG FOR SOMETHING SO GOOD. Good things should happen fast.

    But it's very pretty. I never thought orange could look so good.

      He's Nick. ;-) And there isn't a specific meaning to the letters. Only that codes and being coded is an important element of Erased, so that's where the letters come from.

    I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! I love Altered's more, but I think the colors and male body of Erased's cover complements Altered's cover well. Congrats on a great cover!

    Am I the only one wanting to lick Nick's abs? Seriously though, the model is eye candy delight, the way he looks off to the side with his eyes not attempting to focus forward gives the reader a small insight to Nick's temperament. I'm sure the boy has some serious issues going on and a low self esteem is probably one of them. The background image of the dead trees looks fantastic. It could portray so many meanings and it coincides with Altered perfectly. And the orange lettering puts that small splash of coloring in to overall give the book cover a fantastic eye popping effect that a reader who had no clue about the series would be pressed to pick up a copy just by the cover alone. A fantastic overall job, and I can NOT wait until the next installment!

    I think the cover for Erased looks great. I hope they chop off a bit off the top for the finished cover, so the model's eyes doesn't show, just so it can match a bit more with Altered's cover :)

    I love Altered's cover so much that I didn't think it would be possible to have even more beautiful cover, but Erased's cover is as beautiful as Altered's - maybe even more beautiful (and steaming hot!). I simply love it and I can't wait to get it in my hands!

    I like this A LOT... it really goes well with Altered which, I must say, grows on me more and more each time I stare at it :) I like the way these covers are progressing! Sadly, I still haven't had a chance to read Altered (woe is me), soooo...let's just say I'll do a happy dance if you pick my name ;) I was interested in reading it from the moment I heard about it (and, let's be honest, saw the cover), and since it came out I have heard SO MANY reviewers just raving about it, so now I'm more eager than ever!     omg "altered" is such an amazing book. i was literally on the edge of my chair the whole time i was reading it.
    as for "erased," the cover is incredible! you can see that there's gonna be more plot twists and surprises ~ (and romance too? [;)
    i can't wait for it to come out! :D

    If only I had bookshelves that displayed the covers instead of the spines - I'd be able to get rid of my almost-vintage NSync posters and replace it with this book cover :P

    But seriously, I like it. But I think I like the tree more than the model. Something about his abs just irritates me... not sure why.

    That cover's really good. Though I think the cover of Altered seems to have a bit more impact. But those trees in the back look really good.

    I think Erased's cover is just as gorgeous as Altered's cover which is really saying something because I freaking LOVE Altered's cover...which may or may not have something to do with a half naked guy on the front ;)

    I think Erased's cover is awesome. Is there any other word to describe it? It would've been cool if Anna was on the cover, but the cover looks cool.(I think that's Cas.) Am I the only boy reading this? lol

    I love the cover of Erased. Then again I'm a sucker for the Altered cover too... I'm glad Nick is on this one and I can't wait to have it next to Sam on my bookshelf... Thanks Jennifer for giving us Yummy Alpha males to drool on =)
